Schuff International, Inc. (OTC: SHFK) and its family of steel companies is the largest steel fabrication and erection company in the United States. Primarily, our customers are developers, general contractors and engineering firms — including, among others, Hunt Construction, Fluor Corp., Bechtel Corp. and Perini Building Company — that focus on a wide variety of projects.

Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, Schuff International, Inc. operates 13 plants in total, located in California, Arizona, Texas, Kansas, Georgia and Florida. Our group consists of four business units spread across diverse steel markets, with each focused on maximizing returns to shareholders through their particular line of business. These business units are: Schuff Steel Company, Schuff Steel Management Company, Quincy Joist Company and Aitken, Inc. Schuff employs approximately 1,600 people throughout the country.
